About Me

When I was a kid, being physically active was my favorite thing to do. I didn’t have a favorite sport or anything like that, I just loved everything that involved moving my body and getting a sweat in. Eventually, basketball become my sport and I’ve been doing that ever since. Meanwhile, my weightlifting journey started when I was just 13 years old. Health and fitness quickly became my passion and I haven’t looked back since,

During my 10 years of weightlifting, I have done a lot of different training programs ranging from basketball, plyometrics, powerlifting, strength and explosiveness. I have also taken courses ranging from nutrition, health and fitness, strength training, and kinesiology and biomechanics. I am also currently pursuing an Exercise Physiology degree, as continual education is important to me. I strive to continue to learn and grow as I walk my own path and help you walk yours… hopefully GOATA style!

Before I stumbled upon GOATA, I was searching for the answers of health and fitness myself. The questions I had were on the line of “how can I move injury free while getting stronger?” In my years of weightlifting, I’ve had more non-contact injuries and painful moments than I can count. At the time, I really had that “grind” mindset so I thought injuries were just part of the process. That was until I discovered GOATA, and then everything made sense. At the time of trying out GOATA for myself, I had a nagging non-contact Achilles injury from basketball that hung around for over 2 months. Just a few weeks into GOATA and that injury was gone and forgotten! That’s when I knew that there’s something about GOATA that NO OTHER system or program has.
